Answers: Introducation This is because what matters most is the research in the practice cycle and the ability to work hard and encourage/inspire human beings to be able to reframe research to practice knowledge (Farrel, 2011). This research-based practice is and should be inclusive of educational philosophy that will promote and sustain the research for meaningful programs for all people. Therefore, poor implementing fidelity will definitely lead to uncertainty in promotion of meaningful programs (Farrel, 2011). Although the research-based practice maybe of a particular interest working in the different programs, if the implementation fidelity is poor, uncertainty of the research practice will be in place. Also, lack of closer intervention affects the original design of the research-based practice (Mihalic, 2012). Implementation fidelity is generally integrity determination of how programs are being implemented well. Implementation fidelity should be assessed by conducting a process evaluation so as to ensure it is not poor. First of all, there is the challenge of implementation fidelity, this where testing of the strength and fidelity to the original model then you get to input the initial thoughts on integrity determination. Ensuring that people understand the core program components for the success of the program is readily important (Mihalic, 2012). The uncertainty of the research-based practice being in place is mostly brought about by poor implementation fidelity and changes may be made by people who have the knowledge of the program in an effort to adapt to it (Jankowski, 2015). Serious contradiction to implementation fidelity is always related to program exposure. It is therefo re important for implementation fidelity needs to understand the reasons that lead to poor implementation and improve the condition McKenna, 2014). Experience has shown that adherence of a program can increase by letting outside agencies to monitor the implementation. Procedural fidelity data that is widely accepted is important and effective for researchers on how to assess implementation fidelity so as not to compromise the practices outcome (Collier-Meek, 2014). Poor implementation fidelity compromises the practices that have an influences a students outcome by risking students emotional behavior leading to social deficits (McKenna, 2014). Poor implementation fidelity also compromises the practices by reducing social skills that are provided for students who show some concern in their emotional behavior. The one distinctive way to improve the effectiveness of the social skill that are used to influence a students outcome is by assessing functional behavior by using data that will help come up with a conclusive and positive outcome to reach a students individual needs (Mihalic, 2012). While previous studies have analyzed reading growth of students whose emotional behavior is stable, they have also assumed positive reaction and relationship of implementation fidelity level to all students reading growth (Collier-Meek, 2014). This could compromise the practices because we know that students that have emotional behaviors that have not been attended to cannot have the same reading growth as those that have stable behaviors. Increasing confidence to students that have social depict is also important for their reading growth and the school activities as well (Jankowiski, 2015). Examining of the implementation data determines how programs may have contributed to variations in students outcome. (McMaster, 2014) Peer-assisted learning strategies should be provided in schools in order to assist research based interventions. This program/practice will be used to address critical academic skills to students who have an unstable emotional behavior and avoid being compromised by poor implementation fidelity (Farrel, 2011). The program also helps teachers to learn how to respond to different students needs without any problem. Conducting observation on students by school psychologists and administrators can complete a checklist that cannot be compromised by poor fidelity implementation. School administrators and psychologists can perform observations that would improve students performance (McKenna, 2014). Even if observation could sometimes not give clear information on what the student may be going through emotionally it is seen to help a lot in the relationship b etween teachers and students.
